La Boite carries daily a selection of macaron flavors. Our macaron are made according to the traditional French style, with an almond meringue cookie will with a decadent buttercream. In addition to buttercream fillings, La Boite has a Fleur de Sel (caramel salted with Fleur de Sel) and a chocolate ganache. Please call ahead at (512) 377-6198 to find out what flavors are in the case every day.
Quality is really important to us, thus our macarons are made with cage free eggs, organic sugar and Plugra butter.
